Once façade or fire protection works are covered, direct visual inspection becomes difficult. We place importance on recording the exposed construction and installed remedial solution before close-up.

We record existing conditions, photograph concealed interfaces, follow agreed installation procedures and facilitate inspection at designated hold points.
Supporting records may include:
- Dimensional measurements
- Material references
- Installation photographs
- Inspection sheets
- Handover documentation
Where specified, digital inspection tools including Site Audit Pro can be used to organise photographic evidence and observations. Project records are compiled in accordance with the agreed inspection and test plan.

We recognise the specific risks involved in working at height, dismantling external wall components, undertaking masonry opening-up and carrying out works within occupied buildings.
Project-specific planning, suitable access arrangements, protection of exposed areas and coordination with the principal contractor are central to safe delivery.
Works are completed against approved project designs, relevant specifications, manufacturer instructions and agreed inspection processes.
